Job in Brief

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a leader in project marketing to lead a team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing solutions including the execution of digital campaigns and branding across all digital channels as well as offline channels for lead generation in the project division.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Driving brand initiatives and digital campaigns across various digital assets to generate quality leads for the project department.
• Leading project marketing team to achieve specific KPIs for leads generation in order to achieve sales targets for the sales team.
• Plan and strategize all digital marketing campaigns with the team, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, Google engines, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• To maintain and manage all company website, microsites, digital marketing platform content

- ensuring all material are up to date, website is well optimized

Lead the team to maintain and launch CSX on current and any new social media platforms.

Conduct landing page and email campaign tests.

• Required to work with various internal departments including project and sales team as well as all external suppliers, agencies and stakeholders to develop and execute all campaigns as well as content marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with the design and development teams for on and off-site conversion optimisation projects

To provide Online Technical Support for all social media & digital marketing platforms.

• Integrated, identifying objectives/goals and share thoughts on suitable measurement strategies to support the marketing plan focusing on digital marketing channels.
• Compliance and governance of online marketing and consumer protection rules, regulations and policies.
• Prepare and manage the marketing department\'s budget to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment.
• Regular reporting to management of performance measurements on marketing solutions executed by the marketing team.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Web design, Content management systems (WordPress and Drupal), Digital CopyWriting.
• Skill or knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript development and constraints.
• Skill or knowledge of graphic design/multimedia design, UX and basic use of photoshop for simple photo editing experience.
• Experience using Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Keep abreast of new social marketing sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Willing to hands-on
• Fluent in writing and able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of spoken and written Mandarin is added advantage

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, communication, journalism or related field.
• Preferably minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge in PHP, ASP.Net, VB. Net, MS SQL and etc. will be an added advantage.
