KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collaborate with the business for compliance with local legislation to ensure sufficient mandatory electrical competence assurance, EIU & CAC certifications as required.
• In coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SME), assist to deliver a robust Electrical/Mechanical Technical Learning & Competence Assurance portfolio
• Assist to refresh and roll-out the Electrical/Mechanical Technical Learning portfolio and certification Roadmap including digitalization of course contents and certification process.
• Develop and review course curriculum and training materials, customize a variety of training delivery methods and techniques.
• Collaborate with SESCO and SEB Power and academia to deliver an accreditation program to accelerate electrical technician competency and capability development.
• Drive digitalization initiatives, implement digital solutions and deliver digital content for L&D internal learning programme.
• Work closely with internal departments (ICTs & etc) and external vendors to drive the microlearning platform and community engagement for technical learning.
• Be the focal person for L&D\'s technical learning team to support digital technology implementation and resource person to resolve issues related to digital learning.
• Support the enhancement process for any issues related to CAC Secretariat functions in accordance with CAC\'s PPG and EIU regulatory requirements
• Efficiently process electrical CAC certification applications for SEB employees and contractors in accordance with CAC\'s PPG and EIU guidelines
• Operate and maintain CAC operations & processes, including certification application, database maintenance, competency allowances and any matters under the jurisdiction of the CAC
• Drive HSSE & TQM agenda for the Learning Centre (office, classroom, workshops, etc)

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A seasoned skilled professional, with relevant experience in supporting the operation and maintenance of electrical power system within a large organisation.
• Possess strong staff development experience, with proven accomplishments in coaching others, developing training programmes, facilitate training, driving technical competency assessments, structured talent development programs, technical learning interventions, etc.
• ICT background with previous experience in implementing digitalisation process, modernise learning methodology and workflow optimisation will be an advantage.

SKILLS & LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

• Possess competency in operations and maintenance of generation/ distribution/ transmission facilities, facilitation/ presentation skills, competency assurance.
• Courage and determination to challenge current practices and mindsets, challenging senior leaders or others, with good stakeholder management capability.
• Leadership experience, excellent communication skill, project Management are required.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to conceptualise and write concisely and clearly.
• Ability to work as a team player in a complex working environment.

SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

• To collaborate effectively and efficiently with line stakeholders to improve EIU & CAC compliance, and expand on existing Electrical learning interventions.
