Job Description


Overview of role purpose & scope:Provide consultancy services for the Learning & Development of the country.Deliver impactful, engaging and cost-effective field and non-technical learning solutions that meet the priorities of the country. Manage the key stakeholders in the country.What you\'ll be doing:Ownership\xe2\x80\x8bConsults on FL/region stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 development needs with clearly defined outcomes and timelines\xe2\x80\x8bDeploys FL annual Training Plans for technical and non-technical competence development in the FL/region.\xe2\x80\x8bEnsures relevant learning offering and L&D operational excellence across the FL/region in alignment with FL, Area and global L&D direction.\xe2\x80\x8bDeploys global L&D concepts locally.\xe2\x80\x8bRuns apprentice program(s) together with Talent Acquisition and business.\xe2\x80\x8bDelivers on the selected trainings (sales, leadership) and ensures field trainers are deploying field learning solutions.\xe2\x80\x8bCoordinates with business in subcontractor trainings for safety certificates and installation & maintenance method passports.\xe2\x80\x8bManages and supports internal trainer networks across FL/region.\xe2\x80\x8bEnsures data accuracy and KPIs transparency including improvement suggestions. \xe2\x80\x8bPromotes and supports mentoring and 360 leadership assessments.Contribute\xe2\x80\x8bFacilitates and promotes learning culture, runs campaigns in FL/region. \xe2\x80\x8bL&D COE Project manager for aligned FL learning projects such as induction renewal.Impacts Area and global L&D by articulating FL/region learning needs and offering feedback.\xe2\x80\x8bSupports FL business owners to follow-up mandatory training reach e.g. compliance, safety etc.\xe2\x80\x8bEnsures that mandatory field certifications for safety and methods are in place and valid for all field operatives.Network ManagementWorks closely with the L&D Manager and respective L&D BPs to ensure learning data and business feedback is linked to training plan and deployment modalityEnsures that the field trainer pool in FL/Region is competent on delivering the planned trainings.\xe2\x80\x8bConnect and works with Global learning offering team to ensure best possible learning solutions are in place and validated\xe2\x80\x8bEssential FunctionsAlign & manage delivery of learning programs that are tailored to meet the business goals, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and aligned with best practices.Communicates and follows through mandatory training reach e.g., compliance, safety, etc.Challenge and consult on learning needs by broadening stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 views on what gets resolved with training and alternative interventionConduct thorough and comprehensive evaluations of the effectiveness of learning programs, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas for improvement, and provide insightful recommendations to enhance and optimize the learning experience.Conduct role assessments & data audits to identify risks and strategies to improve competence & data quality.Partner with P&C training services to streamline processes.Level of Decision MakingMember of SEA L&D team\xe2\x80\x8bDecisions on local execution of learning solutions, as part of the FL/region Annual Training PlanOptimal usage of the annual training investment within the FL/region Training PlanAre you the one?Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any disciplines with excellence project management skill.Average 5 year direct L&D experience in the role.Experience with multinational company and matrix organizationExperience with training center management is a plus.Be hand on, able to do ground work to strategic partnering.Good presentation and communication skillExcellent command of English.At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
