Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing and implementing training and development programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying training needs through various methods such as performance evaluations, employee surveys, and consultation with managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and delivering training modules and workshops, both in-person and through online platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with subject matter experts and external trainers to create and deliver specialized training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making improvements as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the learning and development budget, including cost analysis and resource allocation. \xe2\x80\xa2. Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in human resources, organizational development, training, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work location, HRSB Holdings Sdn Bhd, Melaka

With technical support from both in-house and HRSB reliable partners, HRSB has acquired expertise in Project Management, Plant Maintenance, Turnaround Works, EPCC, Scaffolding Services & Training. HRSB management staff and key project direct/indirect supervisory personnel have over 5,000,000 man-hours of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry. In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects. Over the years, we have grown from being a provider of mechanical and scaffolding services into a well diversified entity where in 2013, hence HRSB was awarded a 10 year long term Turnaround contract by Petronas Chemical Group Berhad (PCGB).
