Job descriptionxc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools and programs in close co-operation with store HR generalist.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Actively promote the implementation of the store and regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence HUB and the functional L&D specialists.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Secure the Foundation and Advance level program including Buddy system and Basic Job Knowledge.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the store HR generalist.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports in the established HR information system
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Poly techniques and other institutions
