Job Description


Purpose of Role : Learning and Development Manager\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibility is to define and execute the Learning Strategy and manage Learning and Development team to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s learning meets or exceeds industry standards. Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business leaders to support the execution of their business strategy
  • Work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and learning trends within the business.
  • Run L&D strategic projects and communication with setting KPIs to measure the success
  • Design both in-house and third-party learning solutions and link them to specific business outcomes.
  • Ensure global development programs deployment
  • Support in developing and implementing talent development initiatives.
  • Work with the global L&D team to ensure development activities are efficient, high quality learning experiences.
  • Track and analyze data (financial, attendance, schedule etc.) to make data-based decisions and business cases.
  • Evaluate all training interventions through trusted L&D methods.
  • Ensure that the L&D function is administered efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance to L&D policies, programs and processes as necessary while ensuring alignment with local and global strategies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and management of training documentation and records.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in L&D and about 2-3 years management experience.
  • Working experience in designing and delivering various training solutions.
  • Experience in supporting management development and performing soft-skills trainings.
  • Experience of partnering with third parties.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skill, good networking skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and skills of human resource management, particularly in training and people development.
  • Ability to confront business needs with employees\xe2\x80\x99 expectations to propose best solution.
  • Good mentoring and knowledge-sharing competences.
  • Self-reliance and pro-active approach.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Work well in cross-culture environment and be a good team player.
  • Good at planning and can perform multiple activities successfully.
  • Creative, resistant, but flexible enough to manage change.
  • Strong Interpersonal and operational skills.
  • People-management skills.
  • Ability to influence others.
