Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Setia City Mall.Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Admin Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tenancy documentation process, ensuring timely rental collection, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process tenancy-related documents, including Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements, license agreements, and other correspondence.Work closely with the leasing team, tenants, and solicitors to facilitate the preparation, execution, and administration of tenancy agreements.Track tenant deposits and rental payments to ensure timely collections and initiate follow-up actions for any arrears.Ensure all tenancy agreements/contracts are accurately recorded and monitor key milestones such as lease expirations, renewals, and terminations.Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and filing systems for easy reference.Assist in preparing regular reports related to tenancy status, rental collections, and other leasing activities.Address tenant inquiries and provide assistance on matters related to tenancy documentation.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lease administration within the retail or property management industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Resourceful and able to collaborate effectively with landlords, tenants, and legal representatives.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.Strong time-management and prioritization skills.BenefitsPermanent position22 days annual leave per yearMedical, Dental and Inpatient coverage for self and dependantWe create award-winning urban precincts, new communities, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
