Job Description

• Attracting potential tenants through marketing and advertising.

• Reviewing and processing rental applications.

• Conducting background and credit checks on prospective tenants.

• Negotiating lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.

• Preparing lease agreements and ensuring all legal requirements are met.

• Setting and adjusting rental rates based on market conditions.

• Collecting rent from tenants and ensuring payments are made on time.

• Monitoring local real estate market trends and analyzing market data to determine competitive rental rates.

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

• Utilizing online listings, advertising, and other marketing channels effectively.

• Work closely with landlords and legal firms to streamline the preparation, review, and signing of lease agreements and other legal paperwork.

• Guarantee that all leasing processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Minimum Bachelors degree in any related field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in roles such as leasing, compliance, legal administration, or a related field.

• A solid grasp of tenancy agreements, leasing regulations, and legal procedures.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with landlords, legal firms, and internal stakeholders.

• Exemplary organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail.

• Proficiency in maintaining precise records and using relevant software for documentation.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player who is also adept at working independently and making well-informed decisions.

• Possesses a problem-solving mindset and the capability to address leasing compliance issues effectively.
