Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Utilizing online listings, advertising, and other marketing channels effectively. Work closely with landlords and legal firms to streamline the preparation, review, and signing of lease agreements and other legal paperwork. Guarantee that all leasing processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Requirements Minimum Bachelors degree in any related field. At least 3 years of working experience in roles such as leasing, compliance, legal administration, or a related field. A solid grasp of tenancy agreements, leasing regulations, and legal procedures. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with landlords, legal firms, and internal stakeholders. Exemplary organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail. Proficiency in maintaining precise records and using relevant software for documentation. Capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Team player who is also adept at working independently and making well-informed decisions. Possesses a problem-solving mindset and the capability to address leasing compliance issues effectively.
