Job Description




Our client is a reputable company in the publishing industry. In order to support the company\'s rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Legal Counsel.

Job Responsibilities

  • To draft, prepare, review and advise on agreements, contracts and other documents with legal repercussions.
  • To identify unauthorized uses of the Group\'s IP and to execute notice and takedown protocols.
  • To handle all trademark and copyright matters.
  • To liaise with and instruct external lawyers.
  • To generally provide legal advice and assistance to the Group.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a bachelor\'s degree in law or equivalent.
  • At least 5 to 6 years\' experience in a private legal practice.
  • Proficient in drafting various types of contracts.
  • Good understanding of royalties, copyright, intellectual property.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentially.
  • Enjoy creative problem solving.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
