Job Description
Responsibilities The position is for a Legal Officer in Penang Development Corporation. The main job scope are drafting of various agreements and contract mainly land based agreement. Also required to provide legal advisory to resolve legal issues as well as vetting of letters and document with potential legal consequences. Qualifications Mus have excellent capabilities in speaking and writing in English. Possesses about 5 years experience in Contract drafting and vetting of agreement, LLB qualified and preferable candidate with experience as an advocates & solicitors but its not a necessary requirement.
