Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and draft contracts and agreements, and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-verse pertaining to various laws and regulations especially company laws and labour laws. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide legal support services in the Company\'s legal matters for the smooth operation of the legal functions of the Company and its subsidiaries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist management teams to manage legal and commercial risks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks instructed and assigned by the Management. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office.
