Job Description

Responsibilities: Review and draft contracts and agreements, and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements Well-verse pertaining to various laws and regulations especially company laws and labour laws. Provide legal support services in the Company's legal matters for the smooth operation of the legal functions of the Company and its subsidiaries. Assist management teams to manage legal and commercial risks. Any other tasks instructed and assigned by the Management. Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal position. Good command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office.
