Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning & Preparation:
Developing, reviewing, and approving lifting plans, assessing load details, site conditions, and selecting appropriate equipment and personnel.Team Briefing & Coordination:
Clearly communicating the plan, risks, and safe procedures to crane operators, riggers, and signalmen before each lift.Supervision During Operation:
Being present on-site during all lifts, monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to plans, and making real-time decisions to rectify hazards.Equipment & Site Checks:
Confirming ground stability for mobile cranes, checking valid certifications for personnel and machinery, and inspecting lifting gear.Risk Management:
Conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards, implementing control measures, and reporting incidents or unsafe conditions.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with incident investigationsRequirements:
Must have certificate of competency as lifting supervisor. Working experience in related field of high-rise building projects will be an advantage Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and measurement of quantities Good communication and negotiation skills Good analytical skill
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
