Local Hub Engagement Partner Our Team: This position \'Local Hub Engagement Partner\' is part of Sanofi Business Services (SBS), reporting to Head of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE). Sanofi Business Services (SBS) is a Global Business Service (GBS) team within Sanofi organized by pillars: 3 Service Lines that are managing financial & accounting processes, 1 Service Line managing employees-oriented processes, 1 Service Line managing the contracting process, 1 Hub Strategy and Transversal Services team managing the Hub strategy and development providing transversal services for SBS and in some cases all Sanofi. As part of this last pillar, Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE) is the team leading and implementing SBS Global and Local Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategies and actions. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives in the given Hub location building both internal and external engagement and visibility of SBS in alignment with Global and Local needs, strategies, and directions. Main responsibilities: Work together with Transversal Hub SEE partner to create and implement Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategy and plan (such as: engagement concept, event roadmap, communication plan, SBS Hub onboarding concept, etc.) Define Hub engagement, event and community network framework and provide best practices, checklists for implementation Be responsible for Hub communication strategy (development and implementation) in line with the Transversal and Global SBS communication plan and brand activations Manage development and execution of communications materials and content (such as fact sheets, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, presentations) Contribute and plan the distribution of Hub engagement budget Ensure communication messages are consistent across all internal and external channels About you Experience : 2+ years of working experience of communication experience in a similar role or environment (e.g., media, communications, or PR (Public Relations) agency), preferably in a global business transformation environment, within GBS Shared Services industry and/or Communications function. Soft skills : Outstanding communication, editorial and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills Strong in driving results, have hands-on approach and make things work in collaboration with teams of different functional expertise Open-minded, self-starter and initiative-taker Excellent organizational with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks, go along with the constantly changing environment Exceptional stakeholder management skills, maintaining positive professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, including with Senior stakeholders Multi-tasker, able to establish and keep priorities and timelines to effectively manage workload of self and others Technical skills : Proficient level in using broad range of Microsoft O365, communication tools, software (video and picture editing tools), and techniques. Education : University degree, preferably in communication/marketing or a creative discipline Languages : Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus.
