Coordinating and overseeing the company's logistical activities, including shipments and deliveries matters, price difference settlement, strings establishment, contracts matching and other shipping correspondence.
Providing administrative support to contracts and accounts team, such as data entry, preparing, sorting and filing contracts, confirmations and invoices.
Liaising with suppliers, vendors, buyers and other external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Supporting the fulfillment and compliance of domestic (local delivery) and export (FOB) logistic matters
Apply the necessary customs permits
Liaise with contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes
To liaise, arrange and coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders all issues for import and export shipments including all related documents and procedures.
To be responsible for the correct issuance of all import and export documents including MIDA/Customs Duty and SST.
Maintain clear records of shipments and related documentation
Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
Submitting progress report to Management.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
