Requirements

  • At least SPM/Diploma, Preferred in Logistic/Supply Chain
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills: Logistics Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Coordination, Data Entry, Communication, Attention to Detail, Documentation
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving skill
  • Good attendance, good discipline and attitude
Responsibilities
  • Daily delivery planning and scheduling within cut off time
  • Able to deal and manage with driver and lorry follower
  • To respond and assist on driver's issue during delivery at site
  • To attend on sales agent enquiry on delivery
  • Dealing with foreman, driver on lorry maintenance and repairing
  • Familiar in handling export documentation
  • Able to deal with forwarder and transporter
  • Monthly reporting on driver attandance, delivery OTD, allowance and etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties and administrative task assigned by superior
