Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in logistics and dispatch operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficient in coordinating and managing transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle dispatch, and delivery scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize logistics management software and tools for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and generating reports to optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, with the ability to implement and maintain efficient warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly when required.

Responsibilities

• Report damage or abnormalities immediately.
• Drive vehicles safely for PUSPAKOM inspection, tinting, accessories, service, and registration.
• Collect and deliver vehicles between branches, yard, HQ, and external vendors.
• Perform basic inspection (fuel level, tyre, scratches) before and after each movement.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover (job sheet, keys, checklists).
• Assist in yard arrangement, cleaning, tagging, and car key management.
• Support Admin team in preparing delivery units when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of company vehicles (runners' car).
