Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsible for overall effective logistics operation of companies including warehousing and delivery transportation Work closely with the factory shipping team to oversee the day-to-day team operations to provide integrated expertise and exceptional service for both internal and external clients Manage warehouse teams and external 3PL (third-party logistics) to perform daily logistics operations and tighten the operations and strengthen communications Participate in the company\'s new ERP system implementation to re-engineer all existing logistics operations/infrastructures to support the organization\'s existing B2B business and the new growing eCommerce business For better operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, setup service standards, develop plans, and implement procedures, workflows, and control systems Monitor and enforce appropriate work practices are in place in compliance with the company policies and procedures Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data Set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms; analyze data and prepare management reports for directors Able to work with all levels including the ground operation team and managerial staff Demonstrate strong knowledge / regulatory compliance doc and familiarity with import and export customs formalities and document requirements for tableware goods Maintain and scan all required documentation associated with shipments in accordance with department procedures Ensure high accuracy of the information on paperwork and timely application of permits and necessary paperwork Ensure Purchase Orders for shipping and logistics-related charges are produced in a timely manner Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics/supply chain or equivalent qualification Experience in operations / logistic managerial positions in sizable companies Experience in B2B & B2C logistics and leading logistics projects independently Experience in ERP system Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude and mindset and willing to take on challenges Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels Exceptional organizational skills to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a must Preferable fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
