Job Description
We are a fast-growing new biscuit manufacturing company seeking a
dedicated and experienced Logistic Executive
to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background inexport documentation
,shipping procedures
, and a solid understanding ofinternational regulations for food exports
, especially in thebiscuit industry
, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Handle all export-related documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.). Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export control laws of Malaysia and destination countries. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies. Keep up-to-date with import regulations of target markets (e.g. Halal, food safety standards, packaging laws). Coordinate shipment scheduling and logistics for timely delivery. Assist in applying for export permits, certifications (e.g. FTA, HALAL, HACCP), and product registrations where required. Support the sales and marketing team with export documentation and regulatory requirements
Travel internationally to attend food fairs, exhibitions, and trade missions
to promote the company's products.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in
export operations
, preferably in thefood/FMCG
industry. Knowledge ofinternational food safety standards
anddestination country import regulations
(China) is a strong advantage. Have experience in dealing with China export is an added advantage. Work Location: Serkam Halal HubJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
