Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of delivery route planning and documentation processes is an added advantage.

Arrange and plan daily delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
Prepare and issue accurate route listings for drivers.
Compile and maintain delivery listings, ensuring correctness of order details and destinations.
Check and verify all delivery documents returned from drivers (delivery orders, invoices, proof of delivery, etc.).
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and supporting documentation.
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
