Logistics Analyst
Job Description
Prepare and maintain logistics scorecards, dashboards, and reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for management decision-making. Support freight procurement activities by benchmarking forwarders, analysing bids, validating billing accuracy, and optimizing cost per kg/CBM/TEU. Provide insights into freight trends, shipment mode utilization, and cost-to-serve models to support scenario modelling, distribution strategy, and inventory placement decisions. Collaborate with logistics partners (3PLs, forwarders, warehouse providers) to troubleshoot issues, improve dock turnaround, reduce dwell/storage costs, and enhance overall service. Ensure compliance with customs, bonded warehouse/LMW requirements, international trade regulations, and internal logistics policies. Support key logistics and supply chain projects with data analysis and reporting.
