Job Responsibility Prepare and handle full sets of export documents Issue delivery instructions to factory and freight forwarding agents Check and confirm Letter of Credit from customers Apply, check and confirm shipping insurance Ensure that all shipping documents are prepared accurately and consistent with the stipulations in the customers Letter of Credit Liaise with factory, forwarders, transporters and the relevant logistic partners to ensure timely delivery of shipment Monitor and provide update to Management and customers on progress of shipments from origin to destination Maintain good and tactful communications with internal and external parties through all phases of the journey of the shipment Ensure that all shipments comply with export laws and regulations To undertake any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Superior Job Requirements GREEN HPSP (M) SDN BHD is an established producer of specialty natural rubber, exporting to five continents across the globe. With growing demand for its niche rubber products, the Company is stepping up its export and has a new vacancy for a Shipping Executive - Export. This position is based at the corporate office in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya. Possess a Diploma, preferably in Shipping & Logistics / Management / Business Studies Have minimum 2 years work experience in logistics Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Computer literate and able to work independently Mature, possess good interpersonal skill, courteous, polite, meticulous and positive attitude Able to work with all levels of staff in the Company and a willing good team player Those without the required academic qualification but possess adequate work experience in the related field may also apply.
