Job Category: Supply Chain and Procurement
:
Handles the inbound and outbound freight needs for local and international distribution centers, warehouses, customers and other stakeholders. Strives to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising quality or reliability of supply. Provides assistance and support for inventory management and performance improvement projects. Serves as liaison between central and regional teams, coordinates demand signals and availability among distribution network tiers, including vendors, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers.
Responsibilities:

• Runs and analyzes reports to support inventory management forecasting.
• Monitors logistics to ensure on-time deliveries; identifies and resolves inventory and vendor issues.
• Works with internal and external trucking, delivery, storage and other stakeholders to proactively monitor trucking and delivery schedules to identify and prevent issues.
• Works with internal stakeholders to understand current and anticipated parts returns, warranty claims, repair center deliveries
• Facilitates advance planning with third-party stakeholders to meet changes in anticipated demand (that is, due to holidays, demand fluctuation).
• Collaborates directly with teams to resolve timely processing of returned parts
• Reviews periodic reports for patterns, trends, and systemic issues.
• Tracks and reports on key metrics on a regular basis.
• Ensures optimal use of processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the replenishment system.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all transactions and projections based on past product movement, record handling, audit protocol, and regulatory documentation.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Logistics.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
