Minimum of 3 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Familiarity with delivery routes in and around Klang Valley, with the ability to plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Excellent time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.

Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations within Klang Valley and surrounding areas, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery schedules, taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, and delivery time windows.
Load, unload, and secure goods in the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and preventing damage during transit, and verifying the accuracy of delivery contents against invoices or delivery notes.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including inspecting fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights, and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously, and obtaining necessary signatures or confirmations upon delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage logs, delivery confirmations, and any discrepancies encountered during deliveries, and submit reports to the logistics coordinator or supervisor.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and security, and maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
