Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations within retail or distribution environment *(Experienced: RM 3500 - RM 4,000)
• Min 1 year experience in the retail industry is a plus. (Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply) (Junior: RM2,800 - RM 3,200)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, tracking sheets, basic reporting)
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures (e.g., SAP, SQL, or AutoCount)
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight timelines

Tanggungjawab

• Manage inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to retail stores and outlets
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams for shipping documentation and customs clearance
• Oversee warehouse activities including goods receipt, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment planning
• Monitor and update stock movement reports, delivery schedules, and system entries
• Prepare and analyze logistics and inventory data to identify efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with retail and merchandising teams for inter-store stock transfers and replenishment needs
• Support continuous improvement in logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
