Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee logistics budgeting, monitor KPIs, and lead cost optimization efforts
Manage and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and export logistics operations, including 3PL partnerships
Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams, promoting safety and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, planning, and quality departments
Ensure compliance with Incoterms and all relevant safety and regulatory standards (DG, HAZMAT, DOSH, DOE, IATA, IMDG)
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data
Drive continuous process improvements by updating SOPs and enhancing operational workflows
Adapt to changing business needs and operational challenges with agility and problem-solving
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in chemical or related sectors
Strong expertise in safety regulations and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Skilled in budget management, performance tracking, and cost reduction strategies
Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
