We are on the lookout for a Logistics Manager whom is as excited about motorcycles as we are, to join our growing team! As a Logistics Manager, you would be responsible for the overall management of our motorcycle shipments. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve any arising problems or complaints \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Record of successful distribution and logistics management \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in standard logistics software \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects \xe2\x80\xa2 BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
