Job Highlights - Medical coverage - Career advancement opportunity - Monday - Friday (9-6) Responsibility: - To manage import and export shipment preparations, arrangements, and documentation according to the requirements. - Liaise with Government authorities for import and export permits application and duty tax exemptions. - Follow up with freight forwarders on customs for import and export declaration clearance, Electronic Delivery Order (EDO) release status, and containers delivery date. - Manage inbound activities with vendors from planning, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. - Continuously improve shipping & logistic practices to ensure the department performed in the most efficient manner. - Managing warehouse in compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and policy. - Oversee day-to-day logistics operations. Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s level in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. - At least 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse or equivalent. - Must be IT savvy in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and others. - Previous experience in factory logistics, warehousing operations, and freight management. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is seen as an advantage. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
