To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\'re looking to add a Logistics Manager located in Flex Skudai. Reporting to the Director, Logistics the Logistics Manager role is responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency and management of various logistics operations. These operations may include, but are not limited to, tracking product shipments, contract negotiations for independent contractors, preparation of budget and cost analysis statements, creation of more efficient logistical planning, coordination of various methods of shipment and providing inventory reports for management. What a typical day looks like: Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes. Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit analysis. Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or processes. Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, or transportation. Prepare reports on logistics performance measures. Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes. Confer with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost. Maintain databases of logistics information. Provide ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, or delivery processes. Enter logistics-related data into databases. Maintain logistics records in accordance with corporate policies. Develop or maintain models for logistics uses, such as cost estimating or demand forecasting. Identify opportunities for inventory reductions. Monitor industry standards, trends, or practices to identify developments in logistics planning or execution. Track product flow from origin to final delivery. Determine packaging requirements. The experience we\'re looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. Requires 10 and above years of total experience in Logistics Outstanding leadership, organizational,multi tasking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills.
