Job Description
Job Summary
We are a trading company looking for a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to monitor shipments after PO confirmation, track container status, handle shipping documents and support delivery arrangements to warehouse/customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor shipment status (ETD/ETA, delays, vessel updates) Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, haulage and warehouse Track container arrival, unloading and return (avoid demurrage/detention) Arrange trucking and delivery schedule Handle shipping documents Coordinate customs clearance with agent Update Excel / system for shipment movement Prepare daily/weekly shipment reports & monthly costing summary Report stock receiving quantity and discrepancies Prepare QC report after goods receive (if required)
Requirements
Good Excel skills; strong follow-up & coordination Able to work independently and under time pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
