Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and developing the appropriate learning solutions to bridge the gaps
Responsible for partnering and managing relationships with SMEs and vendors in developing learning solutions
Design, develop and deliver quality learning solutions that are scalable across the Group, align with the business direction, enhance employees learning experience and within the budget
Apply instructional design principles and methods (ADDIE and SAM models) to design, develop, and deliver high learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, micro-learning, and blended learning
Develop and design a wide variety of materials, including training modules/performance support, training proposals, training plans, and evaluations with a focus on accuracy and content reuse
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design effective, engaging, and innovative learning experiences
Curate courseware and documentation to ensure the appropriateness of design, functional accuracy, instructional integrity, language, and branding/writing standards of the learning material/performance support
Source and leverage on appropriate learning technologies, tools, and platforms to support the development and delivery of learning experiences
Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies and apply them to the development of learning solutions
Lead the development projects (for e-learning) from concept to prototype phases, managing and tracking project progress, and developing and delivering the final adaptive learning solutions
Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively and efficiently
Requirements
Master or Degree (preferably in instructional design or educational technology)
Professional qualification in a related discipline is preferred
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in learning and development
Experience in the area of learning technology is an added advantage
Other skills required:
Proficient in using learning technologies, authoring tools, and platforms such as learning management systems (LMS), and video conferencing tools
Knowledge in learning theories, processes, trends and standard
Content and assessment development including behaviour-based and realistic scenarios
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
