Job Description

• Candidate must possess minimum a certificate/Diploma/Degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or specialized skills certificate in building maintenance.
• Previous experience in building maintenance, security, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical repair / equipment at hotel
• Provide assistance of service and building maintenance when required
• To attend to and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
• Daily inspection of the machines, equipment, and facilities
• To support the Security and Maintenance team to administer the Security and Maintenance operations in the normal day-to-day conduct of the business according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
• Have knowledge in general servicing and repairing plant and equipment; removing, replenishing, and replacing materials and substances; carrying out in-service adjustments and commissioning plant and equipment for safe use.
• The Jobholder must understand how energy is utilized for heating and lighting systems installed in the Hotel and know how to maintain these systems while saving operational/ utility costs for the Hotel.
• To check maintenance spare part stock monitoring and inventory
• Adherence to work process flow, procedure, public regulations, company policy, and safety & health regulation.
