Qualifications:
-Fluency in Malay and English (both spoken and written) is required.
-Proven experience in interpretation, certification in interpretation is a MUST.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
-Cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (if necessary).
MUST have Qualifications:
-Previous experience working as an interpreter.
-Certification or accreditation in interpretation.
