DKSH Junior Executive Trainee (JET) Program - Business Unit Consumer Goods

DKSH Junior Executive Trainee (JET) gives entry level graduates an opportunity to launch their career in the exciting Market Expansion Services industry. We offer experiential learning opportunities, rotations across divisional functions, challenging projects and interactions with the Consumer Goods business unit leadership team. This program has a focus on supporting graduates to explore their full potential in the scope of Sales and Marketing.

This 12-month structured program will require successful candidates to rotate within key business operations such as Sales, Client Management, Customer Account Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Food Services, etc., in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of route-to-market and sales fundamentals across trade, channels and categories, as well as how strategies are developed to support category growth and business growth by addressing current consumer and shopper trends.

Do you have what it takes?

• CGPA : Min. 3.2 and above or 2nd class upper equivalent
• Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Mass Communications, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or talents with less than two years working experience.
• Passionate about Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
• Strong leadership qualities and a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (knowledge in other languages is an added advantage)
• Geographically mobile and open for relocation
• We are looking for 5 passionate JET to join our programme.
• Our programme will commence on October 2, 2023
