Overall Job Objectives:
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions, and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions within the organization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Learn and understand the full scope of daily salon operations, services offered, and customer service standards.
? Support the Salon Manager/Outlet In-Charge in overseeing smooth and efficient
day-to-day salon activities, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and proper team coordination.
? Gain strong knowledge of salon services, promotions, and products to confidently assist both customers and team members.
? Assist in staff supervision, training, and motivation to maintain service excellence and operational standards.
? Support the manager in overseeing project tasks related to service or product promotion, marketing, or administrative duties to advance the salon's growth.
? Attend to customers' needs and queries and ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
? Passionate about being trained in the salon's Operations team and/or Admin & Projects team and willing to learn.
? Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
? Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
