Job Description
We welcome fresh graduates and individuals with one to two years of work experience, holding a degree in Engineering, Economics, or other related disciplines, who can thrive in a challenging and fast-paced work environment to join our Management Training Program (MT). Management Training Program
Initial Placement:
Upon joining, the successful candidate will be appointed as aPA to the President within the President's Office.
Training & Mentorship:
The candidate will undergo a comprehensive training period of 2 to 3 years directly under the mentorship of the President. This period will focus and expose to management practices, cross-functional skills enhancement and the development of behavioral competencies aligned with the group's core values.
Career Progression & Rotation:
Upon successful completion of the training, and based on performance and work attitude, the candidate will be eligible for rotation or permanent placement in other departments within the group.

Language proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
