Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership and Team Management: Lead the financial closing process monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Serve as the main point for financial audits. Direct and oversee a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, and enhancing team performance through effective leadership and mentorship. Account Consolidation: Lead and ensure the accuracy of accounts consolidation according to appropriate financial standards and policy. ERP System Oversight: Manage operations and optimizations of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/365, ensuring data integrity and security while leading system improvements. Familiarity with these systems is an added advantage. Treasury Management: Process, record, and maintain payment transactions; assist in banking-related tasks. Strategic Financial Planning: Direct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights for strategic decision-making, forecasting, and long-term planning. Policy and Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to financial policies and regulations. Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications preferred. 9-12 years of experience in accounting and treasury management, including significant leadership roles managing teams. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or 365 is considered an added advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage. Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
