Your job will be highly important in ensuring company meet the cost efficient & quality is top priorities. Our ideal candidate will have skilled at organizing & solving problem. Interpersonal skill & mediation skills will also be very useful, since you will often be acting to as a liaison between managers, business partners and customers. Responsibilities: Process and manage credit note end to end process. Lead bad stock return process (market return). Lead AR collection process and be the champion on the process to be effective and efficient. Lead and manage customers dispute process. Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Perform other duties as and when delegated, i.e., back up function, process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance, Accountancy or others related field. Passionate with business operation and has minimum five (5) years operation management experience. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Effective leadership and good team player. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP/ERP would be an added advantage. Required professional membership: ACCA, CIMA, CPA Required language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin
