Care to be a part of this revolution What you'll do: Keep abreast with the changing trends, preference and buying behavior of the Malaysia market in the lifestyle, travel, culture space (including the Malay segment) Manage the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels and functions (social media, performance marketing, partnerships & affiliates, branding & PR) for the target market Own and create marketing plans for content, social media, brand and working with agencies for PR related initiatives. Experience to define the optimal marketing communication mix within your portfolio drive new traffic uplift and user growth via innovation manage the marketing communication budget implement and execute brand, PR, social and content marketing campaigns analyze and report on performance aiming for continuous optimization Provide and execute content plans to the campaign and design team to support the overall campaign go to market plan to meet marketing objectives Analyze, report and optimize blog, social, communication marketing channel effectiveness to understand and improve key metrics for customer engagement, draw quality traffic and user acquisition Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high impact for local and central projects when necessary Always ensure marketing plans are innovative, build brand equity and awareness, and are cost effective Ensure compliance of all communications and materials such as media content, guidelines, templates, press releases, etc. What you'll need: 5 years in doing communications and content marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for e-commerce, online and/or consumer marketing in which at least 2 year in team managerial role Excellent knowledge of the Malaysia market, deep understanding of consumer insights (including the Malay segment) Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, and you're not afraid to dive into details and execute Able to use data to develop and measure marketing initiatives Experience in creating content, social media, brand and PR comms management within the lifestyle, travel, culture space is preferred Strong content strategy and development skills: able to piece together disparate or siloed marketing campaigns or material into one overarching coherent story Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills in English is a MUST. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia in verbal and written communication.
