Job Description
: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Support the team in planning, organizing and controlling project activities throughout the project life cycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, memo, schedules, progress reports, presentation slides and relevant files.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and business events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute materials to participants.
- Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation and visas as required.
- Handle emails and other correspondence on behalf of the Head of Department ensuring timely responses and prioritizing messages based on importance.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to provide support to the team when needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Adhere to CIMB\'s policies, procedures, governance as well as regulatory requirements.
