About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and provision application access and parameter maintenance in accordance with the Bank policies and guidelines
  • Facilitate periodic review on user ID and access rights granted and obtain the confirmation from the respective authorisers as per the schedule
  • Ensure timely removal of obsolete/redundant IDs and access rights upon cessation, transfer of department and change of job function
  • Ensure all the privileged IDs are secured, properly controlled and managed as per the standards and guidelines
  • Provide support for business activities, Disaster Recovery exercise and Business Resumption Planning activities on non-working days
  • Submit work report on monthly basis and any other ad-hoc reports according to the template given
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new/enhanced system projects
  • Review and update documents such as standard operating procedures, user guides, etc.
  • Ensure users' enquiries are responded in a timely manner and keep all the documents/records of user requests properly.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Security
  • Minimum 3 years of recent relevant work experience in user account management
  • Possess good understanding on security requirement, particularly on access control
  • Knowledge of user acceptance testing on new project / system enhancement
  • Experience in using all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
