Role Responsibilities This role supports Change Communications team members on the operational aspects of change communications across Transformation, Technology and Operations (TTO) and Bank-wide transformation initiatives. Provide compelling visual storytelling and user-centred design thinking in designing communications Support the design and development of purposeful, creative and impactful tangible artefacts such as digital presentations, prints, videos and campaigns etc. Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulating rationales behind the chosen solution. Draft content for announcements, stories and other comms channels that is compelling, engaging and aligned to our strategic priorities Coordinate and manage video/infographic creation, townhalls and other employee engagement events, working with external partners where required Extract relevant data and support programme reporting and measurement including development/update of communications dashboards. Manage the development, distribution and maintenance of broadcasts and newsletters Manage and maintain the channels available - Poppulo, Bridge, Axess Manage/maintain distribution lists Create, design and maintain Bridge spaces Regulatory & Business Conduct . Display exemplary conduct and live by the . Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
