This is an opportunity to gain broad business knowledge, insights and operations and translating the inputs into financial actions. Your 'day to day' Business Planning & Support for Strategy Development . Support in building strategic plans based on evaluation of mass data from industry movements & consumer behaviors. . Translate strategic plans into operational business and financial plans while supporting its' execution with the commercial teams. . Anticipate risk and opportunities from industry changes and assess its' impact to the business. Priorities the impact, by triangulating multiple data points, including governance factors and the changing needs of consumers. . Assess competitors' strategies and articulate the potential impact for PMI. . Collaborate within Finance and across functions to drive business performance by combining understanding of strategic goals, commercial and financial acumen and consumer behaviors. . Holds commercial teams to account by asking the right questions while able to challenge/influence commercial decisions in a positive manner using provision of financial expertise and insightful analysis. Commercial Finance / scenario modelling . Contribute to business/commercial scenario building with high level financial assessment including identifying trends and patterns to maximize return on investment. . Proactive partnering with commercial teams to define commercial and financial targets with insightful analysis to improve business results. . Contribute to Business Development activities where required Who we're looking for: . At least 10 years of proven experience in finance business partnering including enterprise performance management and data analytics. Experience working within FMCG or Technology space is highly desired. . Proven experience in mining and applying broad range of data, leveraging on digital tools to derive critical insights. . Excellent influencing and communication skills . Strong commercial and financial acumen. . Ability to think strategically by embracing complexity, ambiguity and able to translate opportunities to experiment and create solutions for the organization. . Ability to drive and manage change . Ability to work well in and across diverse business/commercial/global teams with track record of managing complex business relationships based on mutual gain and trust . Experience in working in a customer orientated organization . Degree in Finance, business administration, or related disciplines. Professional certification/qualification desired.
