The Regional Manager, Finance Business Partner will partner closely with Fulfillment and Financial Services business leaders to provide Head of Finance Business Partner and Senior Management team insights to drive successful outcomes for 2 business units through leveraging on financial and non-financial numbers to support business initiatives and influence key business decisions. He / She will also help to drive financial visibility on business performance for both Fulfilment & Financial Services Business Units through impactful financial analysis of key drivers on internal and external stakeholders, and influence cross functionally to ensure analysis delivers action.

Responsibilities

• • Lead team to provide timely financial analysis of full P&L performance through monthly consolidation of Management Accounts (Business Performance) for dedicated NBUs using Financial Accounts (Netsuite)
  • Lead team to provide full P&L for monthly management decks with key financial insights, trends and recommendations for dedicated NBUs
  • Initiate improvements in monthly reporting through additional analysis and/or efficient financial reporting process
  • Support Head of Finance Business Partner to prepare external reports - e.g. Monthly Investors Reports
  • Drive new finance related processes and suggest areas to improve existing finance related processes to improve business efficiency in the region. E.g. to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes.
  • Partner closely with both Fulfillment & Financial Services business leaders to develop financial models and provide recommendation on business-driven initiatives to drive successful outcomes - accelerated growth and profitability
  • Lead Planning & Forecasting through collaboration and strong stakeholder management with 2 Business Units (Head / Commercial Head / Operations Head) and Core FPA
  • Strong understanding of business units commercial and operations in order to develop and create framework of sophisticated and user-friendly financial models that allows for scenario analysis
  • Analyze business\xe2\x80\x99 assumptions and provide insights and recommendations to the Business Units to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead and guide the team in ambiguous situations through prioritization and coordinating projects & deadlines.
  • Coach team to develop strong analytical skills
  • Strong focus on team\xe2\x80\x99s development and growth

Requirements

• • Bachelor degree in relevant Finance / Accounting discipline
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience (FP&A, Audit, Business Operations Experience)
  • Technical: business performance management, project management, (finance)process improvement & optimization, problem solving, financial modeling, financial budget planning and management
  • General: Adaptability, Communication, Sense Making ,Developing People, Problem Solving, Self Management
  • Able to travel across SEA regions when required
