Job Responsibilities
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for the development/local market adaptation/execution of RRP communication content for print, retail, displays and utilize a wide range of digital marketing touchpoints which includes Websites, App, eDMs, SMS, social content, digital banners and etc. to accelerate learn, try, buy/live in line with the consumer journey while activating our database with the objective of delivering highly personalized message to relevant group of target consumers.

  • Lead the development of an agile communication strategy with inputs from Portfolio and Consumer Experience team.
  • To develop periodic planned and unplanned content calendar, in line with overall RRP commercialization strategy. Deploy mechanisms to make our databases more dynamic to allow targeting, re-targeting, personalization and setting KPIs in place and help manage overall content budget.
  • Oversee design and content of website/microsites/3rd party marketplaces in line with Global direction/local strategy. Work closely with Digital/IT team to manage and maintain the official website(s) on regular basis and attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, number of visitors etc.
  • Working very closely with Portfolio and Consumer Experience team to implement brand strategy and consumer programs across various digital and offline touchpoints. Ideation and creation of digital communication that compel target audience into further action (lead gen, demand gen) on digital platforms.
  • Oversee CC portfolio and continuously help drive creativity and innovation within all the parameters.
Manage 3rd party creative/digital agency:
  • Delivery of digital media amplification by creating and implementing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, conversion and increase customer retention.
  • Adapt, develop, implement, in-store (merchandising, displays), trade/event brochures
  • Developing all materials in-line with the brand guidelines and brief to the agency for BAU and campaign-based deliverables.
  • Work with the agency to develop content and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Hold the agency accountable for deliverables with minimum agreed revisions. Run pre and post reviews for content delivered by the agency to develop learnings and agreeing continuous improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of content coming from the agency.
  • Propose innovative ways to challenge status quo for better business result.
Collaborate with IT / Digital team for architecture design, configuration, testing and deployment of 1-2-1 communication including email marketing and SMS marketing.
  • Lead and guide Content Executive, bring new hires up to speed and to create a robust Content infrastructure
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
  • Coordinate development of on-line solutions and adaption to PMI realities to tap into new communication trends. This includes platforms such as smart phones applications, instant messaging, social media sites as well as new vehicles to virtually engage legal age adult smokers.
  • Ensure regular control of all brands related Direct Marketing Expenses and analyze the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all running brand related activities, in order to achieve maximum return on investment while optimizing the brands allocated budgets.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing/Communication/PR/Journalism
  • At least 6 years of working experience in brand marketing / digital content making / publishing.
  • Involvement in digital creative industry, millennials\' communities, and movie/publishing companies is an added advantage
  • Demonstrate excellent taste on creating or curating multiple types of content and are well connected to various communities / media.
  • Experience in engaging with different business stakeholders and influencing people; project management and communication, as well as some planning and budget skills are an asset.
