About the Role 1 Monitor escalation email and outstanding task on Cashiering & matching, reconciliation of account complete within turnaround time. 2 Drive and lead an operation efficiency and effectiveness of Operation staffs- Cashiering & matching ensure task closure and clearing of backlog 3 Ensure efficiency and accuracy of cashiering and matching in AR (Accounts Receivable) of the team of cashier. ie consistent review of process and close or minimize process gap. 4 Monitor the unmatched payment and ensure all unmatched payment are attended and clear in AR to reflect the updated SOA and aging 5 Daily tracking and monitor on outstanding item and review. And to perform debtors\' reconciliation. 6 Credit Risk Assessment (Underwriting) for New and Existing client with Corporate Solution. 7 Identify clients\' risk and provide input into planning and action plan 8 Report on credit control operational management key performance indicators for assigned channel in charge. 9 SOP Review as and when require for process improvement 10 Handle other ad-hoc requirements and issues for the unit, including IT related issues, system testing, data request and setup & maintain tools used in the unit. 11 Perform consistent Operation team Quality Check of Cashiering Matching. Recommendation of improvement should there be any negative result. The credit manager position is accountable for assigned channel portfolio management on the entire channel\'s credit management process, including the finance operational processing, and periodic credit reviews of existing customers, with the goal of optimizing collection efficiency. Performing Credit Risk Assessment (Underwriting) for both new and existing client of the ability of settlement with providing the relevant recommendation with client insight financial performance. Day to day operational scope is to oversee and ensure the operation teammates in timely cashiering and matching within turnaround time. Accuracy of matching with clean & updated Statement of Account and Aging. Able to perform debtors\' reconciliation and enquiries handling from clients. Process improvement and ad-hoc projects. Effectively drive the Operations staffs by setting expectation, developing technical competencies of team members, evaluating and managing performance through coaching to ensure collection targets are achieved.
