Job Description

Custom Declaration:

Manage data/documents to assist in the preparation of import and export declarations.

• Expand knowledge of other roles within Operations in order to carry out Custom Declaration Roles

• Participate in implementation change.

• Double up as a trainer for the team for any upgrade or new implementation.

• Demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

• Reporting - Sealnet, ISC Warehouse, Permit Crimsonlogic , Custom Declaration Steering Logic

• Monitor and ensure achievement of KPI - CLR (Air Freight & Ocean Freight)

• Monitor and ensure achievement of KPI - Custom Standalone 6 Timestamp

• Quote for Standalone file

• Supervise custom declaration for VVIP client - Clearance & Pre-alert submission

• Supervise VVIP client billing instruction + spend report

• Managing & share process cross order product arrangement (if required)

• Ensure weekly Performance Dialogue board discussion takes place

• Oversee Custom Declaration query & escalation - Malaysia & Singapore Customs

Trucking:

• Ensure monthly Vendor Management report submission

• Review current vendor contract & performance - Trucker + Ezyhaul

• Oversee Email Group and ensure timely replies

• Request security seal from relevant party

• Attend meeting with Singapore / Malaysia International Trucking weekly managed by BPO department

• ACR Update monitoring / as per request for billing purpose

• Ensure achievement of KPI

• Understand & review trucking mapping process in Cargo Wise + Ezyhaul

• Provide quotation for adhoc arrangement / additional lane

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field

- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics industry with experience in Custom Declaration.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Experience in managing a team
