Job Description
: Key Responsibilities *
Demand Management
- Manage demand and delivery of business requests related to analytics platform as per standard demand management process.
- Perform impact analysis and effort analysis to new request against resource and timeline.
- Track and monitor the project delivery progress.
- Manage demand and project delivery process with relevant stakeholders.
- Support any logistic and administrative requirement related to Demand Management
- Track, monitor and prepare Demand Management Report
when SOP owner send in update request. * Manage the processes of new creation, update/publish/communication related to SOP within DM.
Job Specification *
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (IT, Business Information System, Project Management)
Relevant Work Experience
5 years experience in a IT Project Management * Preferably
2 years in banking / financial services industry.

Technical/Functional skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear project milestones
- Appreciation of process improvement and process reengineering
- Appreciation Real-time processing and Rules Engine platforms.
- Good working knowledge of project planning tools
- Good Project Management and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward business requirement
- Ability to work with virtual teams and coordination of activities to reach a tangible outcome.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in particular those in the technical field.
- in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary
- Self Starter
