Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish best practices for Events & Partnership and ensuring all practices are in accordance with the company and department\'s policies.
  • Develops and establish Events & Partnership standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Set division objectives, plan on Mall\'s Event Calendar and securing Partners / Sponsors.
  • Working with the team to drive and meet Events & Partnership Annual KPI.
  • To secure and negotiate the best Partnership / Sponsorship package for the mall.
Job Responsibilities:Events & Partnership
  • Prepare division budgetary and monitor division expenses within the budgeted amount.
  • Develop and establish Events & Partnership standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Develop and execute effective Events & Partnership strategies for the Mall.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of overall Events & Partnership and to ensure all procedures are adhered.
  • Sell and promote Events/Campaigns\' promotion spaces and to maximize revenue collection.
  • To established and maintain good working relationship with all business partners, sponsors and tenants.
  • Support and monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works.
  • Attend to staff disciplinary issues.
Administrative Duties
  • To prepare monthly E&P income & expenses report.
  • Monitor and compile press coverage of Mall\'s Events, Collaborations and Partnership.
  • To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all Events\' materials.
  • Proper documentations of E&P.
  • To keep track and follow up on payment / rental collection.
Operational Duties
  • To coordinate with inter-department liasons towards execution and implementation of Events and Partnership.
  • To ensure all work permit and event order forms are well received upon set up/dismantling of Events space.
Other Duties
  • To work closely internally and cross departments to ensure smooth execution and communication of Events & Partnership.
  • To continuously contribute ideas via brainstorming and creative thinking.
  • Perform and execute any other duties assigned that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum seven (07) years of related work experience.
  • Possess own transport & willing to work in Damansara
  • Competent in marketing malls.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
