Duties & Responsibilities;

End to end recruitment process
Responsible for training & development that includes the preparation and proposal for training plans a year, implementation & sourcing for effective training providers
To coordinate for training activities and handle related administrative tasks
To housekeep and update employee training records
Maintain proper documentations to ensure compliance with ISO requirements from time to time
To conduct induction, training, and presentation
Correspondence & Contracts; preparing employee letters
Review and updates for Performance Appraisals, Promotion & Increment
Perform month-end variance explanations
Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting
General HR and Admin Management
Other ad-hoc tasks from time to time

Competency Required;

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
